Failure does not exist, because every step you take offers an opportunity to learn and grow.
If you've ever suffered from depression, you probably know that one of the most powerful triggers is feeling like a failure.
You have to learn that in reality, there is no such thing as failure.
If your definition of failure involves not getting the results you expected, then you might call the most successful people in the world "failures."
The difference between successful people and everyone else is that successful people see “failure” as an opportunity to grow and learn.
Throughout history, successful people have learned from their mistakes and motivated themselves, not being afraid to try again without giving in to feelings of anxiety, depression and doom.
You can control your brain and change the way you process your emotions to overcome negative thoughts and beliefs that only limit you.

In other words, you cannot prevent difficult situations from happening, but you can choose how your mind processes and retains such events.
